Hi, I’m Laura - the face (and camera) behind Petal and Olive Photography. My pronouns are She/ Her.

I am a Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer from Magor in South Wales (for those who have no idea where Magor is it’s just over the bridge from Bristol and about 40 mins from Cardiff.

Petal and Olive was inspired by my two little boys, Peter & Oliver. They are my inspiration and motivation always.

My approach is relaxed and natural. The best photos are ALWAYS the ones where you are in your own bubble and focused on each other rather than me.

I want you to have colourful, joyful photos that are beautiful & timeless.

I give everything to making sure you have photographs with feeling and that are more than just a pretty picture. I want you to be able to feel that same moment again and again through your photos.

I promise to always give you a safe space. I want you to be relaxed and comfortable in my presence.

I photograph Weddings in Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Newport, Cardiff & Bristol. I will however travel anywhere for a joyful, fun wedding so just ask!

When I’m not behind the camera I love a good pub in particular a good beer garden. My go-to drink is a Sauvignon Blanc & I love a mojito! Love exploring new places, dancing & just enjoying life. Id love to hear from you and capture your special moments.
